China defies the spirit of the olympic games

We should not be suprised by this, China is a combloc state, after all, and combloc states have a solid record of cheating at the olmpic games. It is all about image, and China has gone to great lengths to put on a happy face to the world, one that belies the truth. In the opening ceramony, a little girl who was slated to sing, was deemed not cute enough, she still sang, another girl lip synced, I guess she was cuter. It is essential in a communist or totalitarian state to portray itself in a manner that is positive, and this is why you see this state sponsored cheating. In the west, cheating is commonplace, The big, BIG difference is that, it is an individual's choice to take peformance enhancing drugs, etc., it is not encouraged by western governments. The Olympics is about friendship among nations, and friendly competition, it is about peace, and it's a beautiful thing, China should be ashamed of it's self.
